Delete your PharmaTally account
You can delete your account in the Android app (Profile → Delete account) or here, by signing in below. Deleting can't be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your name, username, email, mobile number and password. You won't be able to sign in again.
- If nobody else uses your pharmacy in PharmaTally: its photos, scans, stock, stock history, settings and pharmacy details.
What we keep
- Subscription payment records (amount, date, method and transaction ID), for accounting.
- If other people still use your pharmacy, its stock data stays for them. Changes you made remain in its history without your name.
